We test and replace batteries for ten smoke or CO detectors to keep your household safe and compliant.
Lighting Services
Replacement for eight light bulbs.
Electric Dryer Care
Maintenance for one electric dryer vent to improve efficiency. Deep cleaning not included.
Door System Care
Lubrication for two garage doors.
Appliance Filter Cleaning
Sanitizing two reusable filters in your appliances.
Note that filters and parts are billed separately. The first session lasts 90 minutes. Subsequent appointments are 60 minutes. Extra labor is billed at $45 per half-hour increment.

Your Home Hub is your private online home base, included with your Porchmark membership. It keeps the details of your home and its care together, so you have less to remember and we can pick up where we left off.
See your home profile, recorded equipment details, filter sizes, paint colors, and shared manuals or warranties. Review completed maintenance visits, recorded replacement due dates, your next confirmed visit, and your membership benefits—all in one place.

No, items like bulbs and filters are invoiced separately. This ensures you are only charged for the specific materials required for your home's unique configuration.

We spend 90 minutes on your first visit to build your profile. Follow-up visits are typically 60 minutes. Extra time can be requested at a rate of $45 per 30 minutes.
What types of home projects fall outside the service scope?
We focus on routine upkeep. Porchmark does not offer formal inspections, diagnostic repairs, or trades requiring specific licensing like electrical, major plumbing, or HVAC system engineering. Porchmark does not perform structural construction or appliance internal repairs. Our goal is high-quality preventive maintenance for your everyday home components.
How does the scheduling process work?
Our team manages the timeline. We will contact you to set up your seasonal appointments. All your home's data is stored in your profile to ensure our technicians work efficiently.
