Annual Membership — $349/year - Membership begins on the purchase date and automatically renews every 12 months at $349 per year until canceled. - Includes two scheduled home maintenance visits during the membership year. - Includes a 5% discount on handyman services during the active membership term. - The annual membership is non-refundable once the first included maintenance visit has been completed. - If canceled before the first visit, a refund will be issued less any non-refundable processing fees or materials already purchased. - Cancellation stops the membership from renewing for another year, but the membership remains active through the end of the paid term unless otherwise agreed. - Unused maintenance visits do not roll over and have no cash value. - Parts and materials are billed separately.
